Hello! ::wave::
Well, this is my first ever blog entry. What shall I write so that all of you
will become eternally hooked to my blog and check every day wishing for an
update?
Hmm... I guess I should get the boring stuff out of the way first. Hello!
::waves:: My name is Sarah Tuttle, and I'm sophomore at UNE majoring in
English and Environmental Studies. I live in a suite with 5 other girls in
South, work in the Conservation Lab for 10 hours a week analyzing invertebrate
data, and I'm the president of Earth's E.C.O., the ONLY environmental club on
campus.
What, might you ask, does this all mean? That's easy enough... I'm so busy
that I actually look forward to having time to do my homework. Of course that
could also be the fact that now my intro classes are over I'm in classes that
fit perfectly with my interests. Which are...
Reading
Writing
The Environment
Being Outside
Activism (Social and Environmental)
Art (Photography, painting, pastels, etc.)
Music (singing it, writing it, listening to it...)
Mythology
Anthropology
Of course, there are others. But why list them all? Then there'd be no
surprises!
And my classes this semester are...
British Literature
American Literature
Conservation and Preservation
Human Traditions
Displaced Cultures
(17 Credits)
Oh, I have SO much to say about what's been going on this year. Lots and lots
of fun and craziness. But, I'll just have to make you wait in antici... (Say
it! Say it!)... pation.

Hi Sarah! My name is Katherine Brown and I was just accepted to UNE!!! I figured that I'd go check out some of these blogs and found that I share many of the same interests with you. I'm majoring in Marine Biology but I also love Environmental Science and English. It was good to find a student who I could relate to.

hey that's awesome that une has a mythology class! i love greek mythology and might consider taking that as an elective. i'm still waiting for my catalog to come in the mail so i can browse through it to see the types of classes. right now my major is elementary education but i think i might want to change it to history and minor in elementary education. i'm pretty sure i'm going to une but hopefully financial aid will all work out! is the college good with financial aid stuff?
