Home for the Weekend
This past weekend I went home to see my family! It was my first time since winter break. It was nice to be home and it was also great seeing all the work that my dad has gotten done on our house. My mom's also done a great job getting her nick-nacks out and putting them up around the house. It's really starting to come together. A weekend off campus was definitely needed and I'm glad I went. Toni had a basketball game on Saturday and it was cool seeing her team play. Basketball is super big in Calais so it was exciting, especially since they were playing their biggest rivals: Woodland.

Home was great, but time flew and it was time to go back to UNE. On our way back, Jake and I saw in a field literally over 100 deer. It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen in my entire life. I slammed on my breaks, grabbed my camera and tried taking pictures. They ran once we got out of the truck, but I got a few cool pictures. And even a video.
I snapped a picture of Jake before we got in the car too! hah!
