Weekend in Augusta

This past weekend Jake and I visited Jake's best friend Mariah. It was such a great time. We left Saturday morning, hung out at their apartment for a few hours, then we went to Hallowell for some fun entertainment:

For the past 18 years, Peacox Productions has put on shows for charities every year. Peacox productions is professional theatrical troupe that specializes in female impersonation. It is the only group in the northeast that does this in a trust theater art form. For their Christmas performance all proceeds went to the Maine Children's Home for Little Wanderers. MCH is a great organization that helps kids throughout Maine and this four night event put on and organized by Peacox productions was a great contribution to MCH's almost $300,000 used to help buy children gifts, warm clothes, and anything else they may need.

I had such a great time at this event, and I'm going back in April for their show for the Maine Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Here are some pics from the show. Sorry if they're blurry, auditoriums are crappy for taking pictures.
