Part 1.
Hey All! Basically it seems like I haven't written an entry in FOREVER! This past week has been so busy with classes ending I feel like I've had no free time. Lots of exciting things have happened this past week. Our school did Relay For Life (which I'm going to tell you more about in part 2 of this "entry"...I'm waiting on pictures/info. before I do that entry) I also received the Freshman of the Year award! My family was told that I was nominated for the award and my mom, dad, and little sister came down for the afternoon. My older sister and I met the rest of our family at Macaroni Grill in South Portland. The food was really good. After that we came back and my parents came and checked out my room and then we went to the awards banquet! There were so many people at the banquet and there were a lot of awards given out. I didn't know that I won my award until they called my name. Here are some pics from the banquet.
I am wicked excited because tomorrow is my last day of classes! Finals start on Thursday, then on Sunday I have the athlete banquet, then home for the summer! I am excited to go home! I'm ready to get off campus for a while.
So, my week has been pretty exciting, and keep posted for my Relay news!
