Freshman Year ~ Part Two

Hey everyone! I personally want to welcome you all back to my blog for the Spring Semester. I very excited for this semester, and for this year for the matter of fact. Let me just give you a brief summary of my break.

The day after classes ended I didn't even get to sit down, relax, and catch up on sleep that I really really needed; I had to work. Let me tell you that I had the lovely privilege of working my grocery store's fish stand that they had set up outside. How much fun that was, but the only good thing was that I made $300 just for standing outside. So, I'm not complaining. When I wasn't working I was up here at the U visiting my friends that were here for intersession or I was at home being so bored out of my mind. Oh, I to top off the end of my break. The week before I came back up here I got into a car accident. I'm COMPLETELY fine, but my car was totaled. So I spent the rest of my break in bed with a heating pad, not fun. So that was break.

Good thing I got to come up early on Friday for my OA (Orientation Assistant) Retreat. It was so much fun! I had a blast getting to know all the OA's and just having an all around good time. The even though we didn't get a lot of training under our belt, all the new OA's got to help out with Transfer Orientation. Even though it was a long day and a lot of work, I did have the time of my life. Best experience I have had so far here at the U.

FIRST DAY OF CLASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again, just like last semester I had an 8am class. So waking up at 7:30am was a rough thing to do; considering that I could not for the life of me fall asleep last night. So I had Chemistry at 8 with Dr. Baumman, cool professor, seems really interesting. 10am I had Calculus; again Dr. Beilder seems like a really interesting professor. I really think I'm going to like that class. My Biology Lab for today was canceled, AWESOME! Then my last class for the day was Biology lecture with the greatest professor that I have, Dr. Hardisky. Hardisky is so laid back, so chill, and really cares about his students. So, overall the first day of classes went well and I think that this year is going to be good.

Well, even though it's the first day of class, I do indeed have homework for tomorrow.

So, I will see you guys and dolls later!

P.S. - This section my blog is going to be for shout outs!!!!
