EA Decision Letter Release Date

I have one word for today in Providence, RI: SNOW! Supposedly 10-12 inches of the wintry white stuff is on the way this afternoon and tonight! For now, back to the admission process...

We have completed our Committee on Admission meetings and as we finalize all of our Early Action decisions, I can tell you that at this point, it looks like our decision letters will be sent out on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 18.

Stay tuned for more updates! And drive safely if you are in the path of this New England winter storm!

Oh that's so exciting/nerveracking!

Thank you so much for posting these blogs. They've definitely helped to ease the "college" nerves these past few weeks!

I have to agree with Jacqueline's notion. These blog posts have been a major relief aid to certain college 'concerns'. Thanks for taking the time to post them!

That is exciting! I was wondering, will we be able to view whether or not we have been accepted online or will we just have to wait until the letter comes in the mail?

I absolutely agree with Jacqueline. These blogs helped ease the nerves of the admission process.

Thanks to everybody who has commented!

To Lindsay:
Decision letters will only be released via regular mail- they will NOT be posted online.

I hope this question isn't redundant, but will we receive email notification for our decision, or will that only come via regular mail?

Thanks so much!

Hi Meg,

Decisions will only be released via regular mail...

There will NOT be any e-mail notification about decisions.

Thanks for posting!

Thank you for telling us when letters will be sent. I can't wait to hear from PC, it's my top choice college! Thanks again!

Thank you so much for posting this blog! It makes the application process so much easier knowing the person reading the applications is actually a human. =]

I just want to say how helpful these blogs have been in answering any lingering questions I had about the whole college experience. I'm so excited/nervous to hear the results!
