I didn't think yesterday could have been any better, but was I wrong! After a great and productive day filled with classes, discussions, and a SGA meeting, the night proved to be just as awesome.

Laura, Justin, Sue, and I held our first informational meeting to discuss College's Against Cancer, and our next Relay for Life event. I am grateful for the number of people that turned out for our meeting, and I am excited to kick off the year with this great start. We talked about the various committees of Relay and started to discuss some of our ideas for this year. I know it's going to be a huge event.

Today, a couple of students and I participated in our first Food Focus Committee of the year. At this meeting we discuss a variety of ideas and suggestions and share them with our food services directors.

Next week is going to be a busy one too, with many programs and activities occurring throughout the week...maybe I should get some sleep to recuperate from this week and prepare for the next...
