First Week Back
This week has been exhausting, and I am grateful that it is over. I have a lot of reading to do for next week, but at least I know that I am going to be learning a lot of new and interesting information. One of the things I love about Mount Aloysius is the classroom atmosphere. Even though we have only been in session for a week, I have already made many new friends. I really like my professors this year, and I am looking forward to a great semester.
I am now a staff member on the Mount Aloysius College newspaper, The Belltower. I will also be working on the upcoming plays for this semester. I know this weekend is going to be exciting. A couple of my friends and I are going to head into Johnstown to attend Folk Fest, an annual festival celebrating the many ethnicities and cultures that surround our region. I hope the weather gets a little better for the event. It has been raining for the past few days, but thankfully, my room in the residence hall is dry and cozy. Well, I hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend. I will see "y'all" a little later!
John
