Why is there no more football?
That's the same question I ask myself every year.
I thought the Super Bowl was okay. Great first quarter. If that would have kept up, it might have gotten an A. But, overall, I have to give it an 88%. Rex Grossman is not a Super Bowl quarterback. I don't like Peyton Manning, and the color scheme was all wrong. They needed good colors like, say, black and gold. And, just so you know, I was wearing my number 7 jersey and Terrible Towel all day. No more meaningful football....so sad! Awwww.
Let's talk classes. Boy, there's a lot of it. My reading is fairly intense, and I am kind of excited about it. Such is the life of the history/political science major. If you can read and write well, it totally rules. I'm studying the American Revolution in U.S. History and we're looking at the politics of Germany tomorrow in Comparative Politics. Pretty soon I have to do a paper contrasting France and Germany in the modern Europe. Trust me, it's cooler than it sounds. I have a small ethics paper due tomorrow night, and I'm guessing a quiz in Lit tomorrow. That's why it's homework time.
Before I go, I have to lay a total bummer on you guys. I had to drop my math class. I thanked Dr. Andrews for her time, but it just wasn't happenin'. I just wasn't picking it up with all my other classes. That's ok though, with Mt. Aloysius College's flexible scheduling for summer classes, I'll be able to make it up while keeping my brain sharp for fall term. Plus, while I'm on campus this summer, I can use any one of the three workout facilites, and get huge-normus.
Well, like I said before, I have homework to do so I gotta rock. Only seven months and change until the Hall of Fame game (Steelers v. Saints).
Take a break, you've earned it.
DePiro Rules!
