WHY!?!?!?!?!?!

In case you guys didn't know, I live in an apartment downtown above the tattoo parlor and they decided to make the last few weeks of school the weeks where they do construction on the building. This would not bug me so much except that they start working around 7am! I NEED SLEEP!!! This does not effect my schedule too much though. My first class on MWF does not start until 10:10am. But my first class on Teusday and Thursday starts at 8:00am. Lucky for me though it is acting class and I usually have fun in that class. I am just ready for the weekend. UP is having a really cool picnic across the river. We are just going to spend the day goofing off and eating burgers off the grill. Of course we are going to try to get my friend Matt to cook them all. He is the guy who wants to be a chef and trust me, he is really good. I really need the weekend to get here. I am just not looking forward to finals week, but more on that later. :-) I don't know why I put this picture here, it just makes me laugh. DEAL WITH IT!!!

working at the car wash

University Players has a car wash fundraiser on Saturday and it is going to be pretty fun. But I am looking forward to this summer. I got an internship with the professional theatre here in Lock Haven. It is called The Millbrook Playhouse and I will be the box office manager. I am so excited to start working there. They even give me a place to live. Actually, I will be living in campus village, which is an apartment complex owned by LHU. I just can't wait to start working there. I have heard that it is a whole lot of fun and that they have lots of fun parties and events for the people working there. I am just glad that spring is finally here. It is supposed to be 81 degrees on Saturday and I am going to try to go swimming. Well, if any of you are going to be in Lock Haven April 19th, then come to the UP car wash.

Stephen Lynch

Stephen Lynch is coming to LHU! I just thought you would like to know. Don't judge me! Sorry, but I am pretty excited that Stephen Lynch is coming to campus. If you guys don't know who Stephen Lynch is, then type his name into youtube and watch some of his stand up. He was also on broadway. My girlfriend, Crystal, and I went to New York together and saw him on broadway. We did this with the school actually. It only cost us $30 each to do that trip. It was awesome. I didn't think he would do a very good job, but he was actually pretty good. LHU actually does a trip like that at least once a year to New York and to go see a broadway show. It never costs more then $35 and it is a whole lot of fun. My girlfriend and I go ever year. Well, I just thought you guys might like to know that Stephen Lynch is coming to campus. See you guys later!

Across the river

Today a couple of my friends called me and said lets go play volleyball at the park across the river. It was a lot of fun. I have had the past few days off of Seussical and this was just so much fun. We all played volleyball for a while and my friend Matt, who is a really good cook, got the idea to go get some food, bring it back, and grill it. So we stayed in the park until about 9:30 just cooking burgers, drinking soda, playing volleyball, frisbe, and soccer, and just shooting the breeze. It was just so much fun to just chill and relax, especially on a school day. I kept thinking that it was summer time or a Saturday, and tomorrow I have to get up and go to classes.

Opening Night

Opening Night was last night and it went off without a hitch. We should sell out tonight and it is going to be crazy. The only down side to all of this is I have to wear a giant, really thick hat and a heavy coat during the whole show and those lights get hot. This is my first musical though and I am loving every minute of it. It is actually pretty surprising that LHU can put on a pretty amazing show even though we are a pretty small school. My girlfriend is coming tonight and I hope I do a good job. I am just glad that I don't have to much homework to do over the weekend, because this show takes a lot of time and we have weekend shows also. This sunday though, I think I might get a few friends together and go play soccer at the field across the river or maybe go to State College and play at the fields there. I just need to relax after this week. See you guys later.

So Much Stuff To Do

Oh man this week was so busy and next week is going to be even crazier. The big play that I'm in, Seussical the Musical, opens next weekend and we are so busy getting ready for that. The cool thing about it though is that I get out of some of my classes to do the show. WOOT! I also just got back from Rochester, New York after a big paintball tournament. That was so much fun, I love paintball. I can't wait to get a game going here at LHU with a whole lot of people. Plus, there is a pretty cool concert coming to Lock Haven soon and we get free tickets. It's just insane, that there is so much to do around campus. Also, they are picking people to be in the improv show pretty soon. That is going to be so much fun. Man, I can't wait for Seussical to open, it is going to be one crazy show and everyone is going to fall out of their chairs laughing. I get to have so much fun during this show, I'm so glad I got casted. There is just so much stuff to do around here, it's crazy!
